I've been working with Percision for a couple years now and they are the best vendor I have ever worked with and I've been in the property management business for over 17 years; they are attentive & professional. Carlos is the one that I deal with for all of the operational issues, he responds very quickly and he does an excellent job. I recommend Percision to everyone that I speak to that needs a remediation company. I was so happy to hear that they also do fire remediation as I just had a unit that had a fire last month and it was the same smooth process as it was with all the water and sewage remediation jobs that I've worked with him in the past. Most vendors do not suggest options to you as I think they should and Carlos suggest things for each step or if he notices something that could be done better he lets me know right away. If you ever have a leak or a fire please try Percision as I know you will be extremely pleased with their work and the process.

I am a Realtor and have used them on several properties that were damaged by flooding and careless workmen (Especially Plumbers!). Would never recommend anyone else. So clean, neat and will leave the mess someone else made like it truly NEVER happened. Not to mention how pleasant, efficient and fast! Don't bother calling anyone else.
