The only time I entered a gym was to either play or watch a sport. My health changed that. When I first started going to a gym, I designed my own workout regime. But my triglycerides, cholesterol and blood pressure remained high. My self-designed regime only got me sore and tired. I knew I needed to drastically reduce these numbers and to lose weight. I modified my diet and was taking all the right medication so I knew the key was exercise. I needed a workout regime and I didn’t want to get hurt by using improper techniques or overextending myself. Cue the personal trainer. Kelly was friendly, reliable, flexible, observant and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable in the gym and not stupid because it took me a while to learn the proper techniques involving my workout program. She integrated cardio, core and resistance training into a workout program that pushed and challenged me on a daily basis. This program gets tweaked periodically to keep me from reaching a plateau and to keep the gym interesting and challenging. In six months, I lost 18 pounds and seven percent body fat. I went from a size 38 waist to a 34 waist. But more importantly, my cholesterol, triglyceride and blood pressure numbers were off the charts phenomenal. I attribute this to Kelly. I could never of achieved these results without her encouragement and expertise. I am in the best shape of my life and am lifting more weight than I ever thought possible. In six months! I feel a sense of achievement every time I leave the gym.”

Wow Kelly is awesome! I achieved my goals of losing 45 pounds, becoming tone, and maintaining that tone. Lost an average of 3 pounds a week. Kelly is knowledgeable, intuitive, engaging, and impactful! This can be said because she is naturally a type of "Life Coach" as well. We've had detailed conversations about many areas of my life. And the proposed solutions have been helpful, which of course helped me to stay motivated and achieve my body goals. She focused on the principles of Boundaries, Respect, Golden Rule, Trustworthiness, and more. She provided her own personal experiences as she suggested solutions. O ya - and she was on a national championship gymnastics team in college! And has coached and directed a gymnastics program. Awesome - I highly recommend Kelly!

Kelly worked with me to increase both strength and flexibility, while considering limitations due to previous injuries. The results have been better and quicker than I expected. Very please with the overall process.

I am very pleased with my Christmas present that my husband gave me - a personal trainer named Kelly. I have always been wanting a personal trainer but never get courage to do it. He found me a wonderful trainer named Kelly. I started with her on January 6 and still am with her. I have seen good results so far (both physical and emotional - more confidence) and hope to see many more. She does great creative workout sessions and than some inspiring communication at the end. I have been very happy with her these couple months.
