FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates range from $30 to $55 a SESSION. Payments are paid upfront, or monthly by cash or credit card. This is due to the fact that most people balance their finances monthly, and monthly packages increase client accountability. I offer personal training packages ranging from 1x a week to 3x a week, and commitment periods ranging from 1 month to 4 months. The price of the monthly payments are based off of the training package of your choice. The longer the commitment period, and the more times a week you decide to train, the more discount you will receive. Training packages range from $50 per month to $480 per MONTH, depending of the package of your choice. At the end of your free trial personal training session you and I will take a closer look together at which package will work best for you based off of your current goals, experience, timeline, financial circumstances, and potential training plan. What Discounts are offered by Game of Life Training? 1.) Per-Session Rate Discount: The per-session training rates are lower for packages of which have increased commitment periods, and increased training frequencies. The longer the commitment period (maximum 4months), and the more times a week you desire to train (maximum 3x a week), then the more discount you will receive on your per session training rate. I chose to lower the training rates in this way in an effort to make my most effective training plans, to also be, the most affordable training plans. 2.) Payment in Full Discount: If you would like to pay the lump sum of all of your months of training combined, I will throw in an extra free session for you. This means that 2 months of training will come with 3 free session, 3 months of training will come with 4 free sessions, and 4 months of training will come with 5 free sessions. 3.) Partner/Group Training Discount: The cost, and experience, of training can be shared between partners and groups of up to five people. In this way, clients are able to split the cost of a single training package. This enables clients to easily afford the cost of training, and it allows them to share this amazing experience with a friend or loved one. 4.) Vacation, Work Travel, Cancellations, and other Absences Discount: For cancellations that are needed to be made with less than 24hr notice, each training package comes with 1 free training session of $18-$45 value to allow for the occasional, last minute, missed session due to outside circumstances such as cold or flu. Special financial arrangements can be made between the client and myself for known future leave of absences, such as vacations, or/or out of town work trips. For other less planned cancellations, if a cancellation is necessary, contact within 24hrs prior to our training session for the chance to reschedule the missed session. 5.) Referral Discount: Clients who refer other clients will receive a discount. If you refer two clients, this discount will double. If you refer three clients, this discount will triple, and so on. If you like our training together, and refer anywhere between 3-6 clients, you will be able to get your training for free. How do I find the right training package for me? 1. Choose your commitment period (1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 4 months) 2. Choose how many times a week you would like to train (1x wk, 2x wk, 3x wk) 3. Put them together, call/text/ or email me, and I will get back to you with a quote of the package that will be right for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients start with a new customer free trial training session. This allows them to see if I am someone with whom they would like to choose to take their journey to health alongside. We talk about their goals, and how the training plan and program will work for them. Then, I take them through a short workout. At the end of the first session most people tend to have a good idea of if Game of Life training is the right fit for them. From there, if/when the client decides to move forward, we take starting measurements (circumference measurements, before picture, and we find their 1 rep maxes for back squat, bench press, shoulder press, and pull ups). Then I get them set up on their nutritional program, core program, and cardio program. After all of the main setup is done, we focus in on resistance training, continued education, and developing the healthy mindset.
