- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send an official estimate, and require a 50% deposit when working with new customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in Graphic Design. I worked for Eastman Kodak Co., selling film and plates to the graphics industry on the West Coast. During my 10 years at Kodak I obtained knowledge of color, pre-press, digital color proofing and plate workflow. I have worked in Marketing Communications for the last 14 years. Kgrafix was established in 2004. With over 27 years in the Graphics Industry, Kgrafix is efficient in Adobe PhotoShop, In-Design, Illustrator, HTML, Wordpress, Email Marketing, Social Media, and has an eye for design, and developing your image. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always loved art. I began painting and drawing in elementary school. I went to college when the Apple Macintosh just came out, so I was able to take advantage of the new technology, and haven't looked back since. Working for Kodak, I was able to stay in front of all the new technology
