What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have marketing packages and an hourly price. However, I find that most businesses don't fit into a mold because each have different needs. I can do custom quotes for clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I do a custom quote, I like to meet with the potential client to talk about needs and expectations. Once we meet, I can create a custom quote within a week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Certificate in Visual Design. My job experience ranges from copy shop work to executing projects in a busy marketing department environment. I've been in business since 2011.
