- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually $30 an hour base pay that includes menu set up, break down, cleaning and quickly serving with expert care and attention. The scale of what I do is very reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial conversation I start working on their preferences. Usually crafting a cocktail menu, hiring additional staff members, keeping costs affordable for music and catering as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I train students in bar proficiency and management at the Crescent City Schools of Gaming and Bartending. I'm certified as an instructor by the state and hosted many seminars on the topic of creating cocktails and customer service.
