- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My agency requires a 6% commission fee to Sellers. The 6% is split in half, 3% to the buyers agent agency and 3% to the listing agent agency. When working with a buyer, my services are free to the buyer. When listing your home with me, you will receive an aggressive strategy in getting your home sold buy marketing it on over 300 websites, agent caravans, & open houses for six months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process requires finding out exactly what the buyer or seller expects of me. I always like to know how the buyer or seller would like to communicate. Finding these things out up front will keep both parties happy and all needs met. I also do a check list on what the buyer is truly looking for. When working with a seller my goal is to keep the seller fully informed on all activity on their home, buy providing reports and feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in the state of Louisiana and is required to have annual continuing education courses to keep me on top of all new laws affecting the buying and selling of homes in the state of Louisiana.
