- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no standard pricing, as what I do is not standard. I tailor the menu to the client, therefore the price is tailored as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to cater to my clients individual needs. I like to have a quick conversation by phone or email to see if we are on the same page. I then like to meet with a new potential client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at Epicurean Culinary School in Los Angeles. I spent three weeks in the Life Transformation Program at Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, FL. I studied three weeks at Living Light Culinary Institute in Ft. Bragg, CA
