Introduction: Being a chef is my passion. My heart and my soul go into the preparation of each dish I create, with distinctive flavors, aromatic and artistic appeal. For the past few years, my focus has been on refreshing, healthy, and healing foods. My culinary style draws inspiration from rustic Mediterranean influences. My foremost objectives are complete client satisfaction and memorable creations. I’m able to execute my client’s vision, while infusing that vision with my own interpretation. My over 20-year career allows me to cater to each client’s individual preferences. I prepare everything from American comfort food to ethnic creations and specialized diets such as raw vegan, vegan, low-fat, low-salt, paleo, gluten-free, and juice diets and so much more. Whether creating menus for restricted palates, individualized dietary requirements, menus for specialty galas or intimate dinners with friends, I guarantee a memorable and enriched occasion.
