- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No fee unless we win! That's right, Chudleigh Law P.C. accepts injury cases on a contingency fee basis - so we only collect a fee when we recover money for you. This allows you to get the best legal representation possible without paying upfront for attorney's fees and court costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial consultation with you over the phone. Then I typically meet with you in person at my office, or I can travel to you. Once I have all the authorization forms, I will order the medical records, police records, etc. If needed, I can also help you find a doctor that will help you with your treatment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Chapman University with a JD/MBA (law and business graduate degrees). After law school, I clerked for a federal judge for a full year. Prior to starting my own firm, I worked in a mid sized civil litigation firm in Orange County where I handled personal injury cases. Now that I own my own firm, I make sure to stay current on changes in the law and best practices for personal injury cases.
