- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This totally depends on how big the projects or how small. We only use the least amount of employees to get the projects done so we can save the customer whenever and however we can. So the pricing does very.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do a walk through and get to know the customer. To get an idea of what they want and how we can get there in a timely fashion. We will work with the customer in every way so they are completely happy in the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We all have had years of experience on the job training from the best in the business. We have been trained by the best Mike Ogea himself.
