FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
that I do not charge company rates. my prices are usually half of what a good plumbing company charges. And i always listen to the needs of my clients and go from there providing an estimate prior to any work and that I'm very fair and honest with pricing and I only do what needs to be done unless told otherwise by my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed high school and took some college classes but it just wasent for me. lve been highly trained in hydrojetting and video pipe inspections. I specialize in electronic leak detections down to an art and have be trained to find untraceable leaks on any type of system(potable water and domestic, fire lines, irrigation systems; any kind of drainage system: sewer or drain lines, storm drains, pump systems, area drains.) I'm also pex certified and had an emergency asbestos removal license that expired, but I'm fully trained on how to properly remove asbestos material.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
my good friend I grew up with, his father owns the company I worked for for the last 12 years as a plumber/ leak detector.
