About this pro
Amazing cleaning service! I hired Fox River Cleaning on two separate occasions and each time everything came out immaculate. They were courteous, professional and brought all their own supplies. I will definitely be calling them again. Thank you!Jul 1, 2018Verified
The team that came to clean our home was friendly and on time. My home was cleaned top to bottom- they even worked extra hard to get the hard water stains out of my tub! My home was cleaned in about 2 hours and their price was more than reasonable. I will definitely use them again!May 23, 2018Verified
I pay $75 for regular monthly cleaning and I did this thinking it will be a more detailed cleaning paying $100 more than I usually do but it was nothing more than what my regular cleaning lady does and in fact it was less. They didn’t even take the garbage out or do the beds and they missed to clean a whole floor level (my basement) !May 3, 2018VerifiedDarren S.'s reply
Unfortunately, there seemed to be some miscommunication. Your regular cleaning lady seems to represent a maid service. We are a cleaning company. We do not offer bed making services. Individuals that offer these services usually charge less, as they don't carry insurance/bonding/business license, etc., or pay taxes on their income. Our pricing includes those considerations. The taking out of trash and cleaning of basement, are done by request at an additional charge. We did not receive those requests either in writing, or verbally. We did however, clean the inside of your oven, refrigerator, cleaned inside windows, scraped tape off glass, and cleaned the tracks of the sliding glass patio doors. Some of those items were requested, none of which were previously completed by your regular cleaning lady. We apologize for any misunderstanding.
Great crew & helped with all our cleaning needs. Shower & tubs look like new again!Nov 22, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing in the cleaning business, is based on time, how many cleaning technicians, and labor intensity. Hourly rates are usually not shared or even considered when it is a company that has to consider things like travel of the employees, costs of supplies, taxes, insurance, workman's compensation, etc. Individuals in this industry typically do not have the overhead of things like, insurance, etc. Therefore, their pricing is less. Hope they don't get injured on the job or break something expensive!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A typical process is to see a job for an estimate to give an exact price. Especially for recurring jobs and for carpet cleaning, measure and exact sizes are required for accuracy in pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the cleaning business since 1986. Professionally cleaning and detailing, vehicles, homes, commercial buildings, town homes, coach homes, and their common hallways. I was trained by the companies I worked for, have been to seminars and training for cleaning and management.
