- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation by phone before we begin working together. This allows me to learn about your career goal and the type of project you are requesting. It also allows you to be sure my services are right for you. If we are comfortable working together, I send you an invoice with project details and deadlines. When payment is complete, I get to work!
