Absolutely reliable. We had over 30 linear ft. of kitchen backsplash to be done with subway tile and an additional herring bone marble accent over the stove. Tyler could not have been more professional. On time, courteous, clean working, conscientious. Worked with us on design. Met all our requests enthusiastically. Provided very useful suggestions that had not occurred to us. Consistently professional attitude. Motivated and positive. Tyler's skill is exceptional and we look forward to working with him again on further important improvement projects. You will not be disappointed in his work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in his craftsmanship. We hired Tyler to replace some old sliding closet doors with new bifold doors. None of our openings were standard sizes but Tyler was able to custom order the correct size doors and was even able to give us a deal on a third set of doors. I was nervous about the stain color matching our existing trim but he matched it perfectly! We are very happy with the finished product. Tyler was professional yet personable throughout the entire process. He even followed up with us after about a week to make sure we were satisfied. Precision is an apt title. I own a vintage craftsman cottage and needed to replace a major trim piece and drip edge that had succumbed to dry rot. My request was for it to look upon completion like nothing had been done to it. The end result looks even better than I had hoped it would. Fast, thorough, reliable and responsible! I am so impressed, I have asked for a bid on replacing my gutters.

Exceptional people to do business with. I plan to hire them again for future projects and highly recommend Precision Remodeling. I have had both neighbors and friends mention the nice work we had done (deck remodeling and expansion) which is a reflection of their craftsmanship. Even the Building Dept. at City Hall commented on how organized and prepared Precision Remodeling was in filing required plans and having their construction work accomplished "pass" every inspection stage during the process. Happy I hired them.
