- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we do is call the customer to introduce ourselves then we speak about what the customer is looking for and set up a day to come and do a estimate either in person or through Google Maps and take a look at the property and give an estimate that way if the customer prefers I also take my time to explain the process of cleaning whatever it is the customer is needing to get cleaned I don't like any surprises and neither do most people so we are sure to explain everything and anything that pertains to the job at hand
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
the biggest thing I can stress to you is ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS and if he can't give you a confident answer without stuttering or saying um a lot he probably doesn't really know what he's doing
