Efrain replaced my old, lopsided, poorly weather sealed garage entry doorway with a new pre hung door flawlessly. He was up front about the fee, and did a great job overall. The door opens and closes completely well. The door is fully sealed. The finishing and moulding and threshold were installed perfectly. I recommend him to anyone looking to get a door installed or replaced.

Contacted Justin to install a barn door that I purchased online from Home Depot. I saw that he had installed the same barn door previously and had a quick call with him and immediately he knew what he was talking about. He was able to secure the track a piece of wood that he supplied and asked me what color paint I’d like that track to be attached to. He arrived on time and was able to install the door within the time frame he provided to me with no trouble. I have 32x32 porcelain floors and it was important to me that the floors did not get drilled into. He sent me a link to purchase another option that would not destroy my floors and came back after I received the order to secure the doors and add extra pieces that he had handmade to close the gaps. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME! I love my doors!

Unfortunately my experience was not good. This contractor backed out on performing the job after I had mentioned to him that i will not agree in paying him anymore "additional" money.
Ive consulted with him to install our front entry door. He came and got the measurements so from the beginning he knew the size of the door and what to order. He even told me the size of my door was not a standard size. Agreed to have him do the job, he gave me an invoice with a price that i agreed to. I sent him the check via mail. Thereafter, he said to me two weeks later, after the invoice was sent, that he would charge me extra for the permit. I agreed even though the extra charges were not on the invoice. Fast forward, two weeks after I gave him half of the payment for the door, he came back asking for two hundred dollars extra to perform the work even though, no work extra work was added and the work was the same as when I initially spoke to him. I told him I cannot agree to paying more money again, as that was the second time he asked for more money after recieving the invoice. He then said he cannot do the job because I was not going to give him more money. He deposited and kept my check for two weeks and did absolutely nothing for two weeks even though he told us that the lead time would be 3 to 4 weeks. Very unprofessional and very incovenient as we were looking forward in having the door installed for our house warming. I do not recommend this business for this purpose.
He didnt care it seems and just outright said he cannot do the job. Lack customer service. My money was eventually refunded, but the inconvenience caused me to write this review. I also want others to know of the experience. Which I did explain to him that I will have to let others know of my experience. He sends invoices then charges you extra along the way even though the job was never changed from what was initially discussed.
