- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to keep our pricing simple. We charge solely by volume, which means you only pay for the amount of junk you have. $25 per cubic yard. There are NO hourly rates. Customers are charged a flat rate with NO hidden fees!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First the estimate. I either go to a customer you for an on site appointment to provide a more accurate price quote, or if they prefer, they simply send me a photo of what they need hauled away, and we go from there. A price is agreed on, and a junk removal time and date are scheduled. Next, We call the customer 10-15 minutes before we arrive just to give them a heads up that we're on our way. Once we reach their location, we get straight to work. We remove everything they need gone. No matter where it is, no matter what it is, we load it up, and we don't stop until the job done. Once we're finished, we clean up and make absolutely certain that NO MESS is left behind. Lastly, after we've finished loading the customer's junk in our dump trailer, we do our absolute best to donate or recycle as much as we possibly can before we head to the local landfill. Responsible disposal is one of our top priorities!
