- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home Maintenance Monday through Friday 9a to 5p our hourly rates are $45 for any calls under 30 minutes $65 for first hour $95 for up to 2 hours and $45 per additional hour. After 5p and weekends our after hour rates are $90 an hour for emergency maintenance. Some rates are flat rates while others are per sqft. (These rates DO NOT APPLY FOR AC SERVICES!) Air Conditioning We are guaranteed 20 percent lower than all major companies including Preferred, Aztil, ECM, One Hour Air,etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspection of the job, explaining to the customer what’s necessary and answering any questions the customer may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As stated above I’ve worked in property management, residential maintenance and construction since age 14.
