- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing greatly varies depending on they type and length of training program. Pricing starts as low as $65 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to working with a client, we set up a complimentary assessment and introductory session to set baselines for current health and fitness of the individual. During this session we go over all of the client's health history and fitness background as well as take initial measurements of body weight, blood pressure, body fat percentage, postural and functional movement screen.
