Karl and CrossFit Lake Zurich are amazing! When I first looked into CrossFit gyms, I thought it looked very expensive and too difficult for my ability level, but I was wrong! I decided to train with Karl at CFLZ and it was the best decision I have made to date. I was able to train until I was 8 months pregnant. I was so surprised. After I delivered I was worried about my bounce back because my delivery required a c section and I have to be extremely careful and cannot drive let alone workout as of yet. To my surprise, i lost 23 of my 31 pounds of baby weight in just 2 weeks!! I had built such an amazing foundation with Karl that 2 weeks after delivery I am 23 pounds down and feeling wonderful for undergoing a major surgery! I owe all of this success to Karl at CrossFit Lake Zurich!Feb 15, 2016
Whatever your goal or level of activity, CrossFit Lake Zurich is the place for you. I have tried all of the other gyms, trainers and CrossFits in the area and hands down, Karl Sehnke and this facility are operating at a whole different level. Since I started training with Karl a little more than 6 months ago, I have lost 47 pounds and 14 percent body fat while regaining strength, flexibility and endurance that I have not had since I was a teenager. At 46 years old, I am in the best shape of my life and all thanks to CrossFit Lake Zurich. Shortly after I started seeing results, my wife (46) and son (16) to joined as well. We are now healthier and happier and looking forward to crushing each workout. Also, the community of people that are members there are incredibly supportive and genuinely great people. Well worth the investment and will be the best decision you have ever made regarding your health and wellness!Feb 11, 2016Principal Fitness's reply
