- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, commissions are paid by the Selling side of the transaction and I do not require compensation paid by the Buyer. Our general commissions charged to the Seller is 6%, which is then split between the agents of both sides (Buyer and Seller).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to get to know my clients and develop a real relationship throughout the buying or selling process. I love what I do and it is more than just a job to me so my clients are a huge part of who I am.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the required training it takes to be a licensed real estate agent, I have also been certified as a relocation agent as well as a preferred MFI agent.
