- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first is both parties need to have a clear understanding of the required task(s). After that it's my responsibility to complete the job agreed upon at the specified time. Also, we all know life happens and sometimes schedules can change suddenly. So being flexible to my customers availability is important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For my full time day job I perform structural inspections for large commercial and residential structures relating to concrete, wood framing, and structural steel. While doing this I get to work with various contractors in operation, which allows me to see what works, what doesn't, and learn methodology I can take with me. I have 15 years of experience in the construction industry ensuring structures are sound and built to plans and specifications.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The customers I work with are primarily homeowners with improvement or maintenance needs.
