Introduction: As a recently appointed Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Texas, I am pleased to announce that I will provide confidential notarial services for clients and employees at Mr. Cooper at no charge [and/or] the public at large for the fees allowed by law. For additional protection, I have private Errors & Omissions Insurance in the amount of $50,000 [optional]. My term of office is October 3, 2018 to October 3, 2022. Please note that the signer of any document must appear in person before me. If the signer is not personally known to me, he or she must present a current, government-issued ID that shows a serial number or an identification number and at least one of the following: photograph, signature or physical description.
