Jose and his crew went above and beyond. Definitely someone who will work with you and in fact, professional. I needed the work done as soon as possible and he did just that. He was clear about his quote- what was included, what was not included and how much more it would cost for additional services such as “haul away cost.” I didn’t have the time to buy material in which he had no problem purchasing and providing receipts. While working on my toilet replacement he asked if there were any additional repairs needed on the home. Coincidentally, there was what we thought “a huge plumbing issue” that we had- thinking it would cost hundreds of dollars… where after his short assessment- happened to be a minor issue that required a replacement of a small part. All in all, from the toilet replacement and additional small repair- quality work! Thank you Jose!

Romero Plumbing showed up as agreed. My toilet was not flushing or holding water had to replace parts, cartridge and canister seal. My shower was not running hot water had to replace part, fluid master fill valve. The hourly rate was outrageous of $165/hr and 3% of total $289.27 with taxes of $9.47 and after 3% card charge on top of all of it to use my card for payment came to $297.94 which he didn’t include on my receipt. No option to Zelle, PayPal or Cashapp unlike most. Who uses checks or that much cash on them. I had more work that needed to be done in my kitchen and my bathroom but I wouldn’t use this company. I saw others said they were reasonable well I guess they decided to price gouge me as a single woman/parent. I had a plumber for 20 years but he moved out of state after COVID. I never paid over $75/hr and he never changed more than the $75 whatever work was done. I also priced on thumbtack and they quoted $75-85/hr. They should have disclosed pricing was more on thumbtack prior to coming to my home.
