- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event has a price, and I make sure that I price myself accordingly for what we do at Rogerray Studio. I have standard prices for senior, family, and wedding portraits. Please don't hesitate to ask prices, if you don't see something listed, I'll be happy to talk to you personally. Just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet each and everyone of my new clients before we photograph or video-tape an event. Rather it be your Wedding, Family portrait, or Personal portrait shoot. This way, deposits are paid, and we have our thought provoking ideas in place. This is the way of Rogerray, working towards a common goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a photographer for over 30 years here in the Lansing area. I keep going back to college and ongoing classes to keep my photographic skills fresh, and to update and create more dynamic skills. Photography is my life, and since I work hard at honing and creating beautiful images, and it shows in my final products to clients.
