Sean was great in the beginning and through summer, then he switched me to a biweekly service without any notice for the winter. It all went down hill from there. All winter my pool has been green! I contacted him and he claims he will be out to service it and never shows up. I called him out on it yesterday then he texts me back and QUITS lol. WOW great service SEAN! Left me with a GREEN POOL that hasn't been cleaned in MONTHS! I have cameras to back up my story what do you have? Now I have to pay hundred to have it drained and acid washed due to his negligent handling and care. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pay more monthly to have a better company service your pool it will save you money in the long run!!Mar 27, 2018Verified
I really liked the guy, Sean. I’m extremely disappointed to have to update this review in this way. He had been super unreliable. During summer, fine. In the “winter” it goes down to biweekly service and I can’t hardly get him to show up. He responds to my texts, but never lets me know he can’t make the day he said he’d be here until after I message him. I’ve expected him the last two weeks and never showed. 🤷🏼♀️Dec 31, 2017Verified
