We do depending on the issues and size of the properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss their needs. Address the issues and what we can do for the problem. Quote the price and go over procedures to prepare for us. Set the initial service date, schedule staff to complete. Complete the service and billing. Follow-up call in couple of days to evaluate controls and if it may require follow-up treatments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Master Technicians. Owner is an 35 year pro, the office manager has 25 years and each of the technicians are all over 5 years and up to 10 years of expierance.
