- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system. The reason is that flower prices fluctuate. -deposit -balance at the time of delivery. - delivery $ 10-20 - set up $ 20-50 - complemary throw bouquet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting with my clients face to face. Find out their vision, their budget, and time line. Find out what their exspection is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend a floral school in Camaro, California. For one year. I worked in flower shops from 1993-1999. I started working at my church (ICLV) as a Director of special events and Children's ministry. 1999-2015. During that time , I had the privalage to design most of the weddings that where performed there.
