- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is unique. I must first understand exactly what the client is looking for in their event. We will talk menu ideas, and decor themes, and desired budget. Once I get a strong understanding, a detailed quote will be emailed to the client. A deposit will be required up front, and the remaining balance will be due on or before the actual event date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact you via phone or email and ask a few questions about the event. Once everything is all figured out, I will send a detailed quote via email.
