Carl is an amazing Chef. He caters to our taste buds and makes meals that are fantastic! My Husband is a diabetic, and my dad is 88 years old. Carl makes meals that ALL of us can eat, plates the meals, and cleans up too!!! And he does the shopping too! He is a dream and has a wonderful personality too! Blessed to have found him. Five star recommendation!

Carl is a consummate professional and a fantastic chef!! Carl has been cooking for me each week for over two months now and I can't start to explain how absolutely wonderful his food is. There is almost nothing Carl can't do. My only hesitation in recommending Carl is that he will be busy and not available for me at some point in the future. Trust me - Carl is fabulous and brings personality and flare to the event. You will not be disappointed!

Carl's food was amazing! Prior to my event, Carl called and we discussed what type of food I wanted. He was personable and REALLY delivered! It was my first time hiring a chef and I didn't know what to expect. What I got was a friendly and responsive chef would made an awesome 4 course meal, then cleaned and packaged left overs! The price? SUPER reasonable and comparable to going out to fine dining.... only he came to me! Thanks again Carl, see you again soon!
