- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultation: 2 hours for $400 Recurring coaching: 1 hour every other week: $400/month Personal breakthrough session of up to 10 hours: $1,500 Personal breakthrough session of up to 10 hours plus 6 months on-going coaching: $4,000 Marriage / Pre-marital / Relationship Counseling: We normally start with an initial consultation. Afterwards, a coaching package will be custom developed based on need. Business Consulting: $150/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we spend time with a client understanding what they want. This requires a lot of us listening and asking questions here and there. We need to understand the environment, what their challenges are, what the patterns are. Content is not as important as the structure and patterns. Once we have enough information, we may assign 1-2 tasks for the client to take before we meet again. All tasks are centered around helping the client find the answers they want and to help lead them in the direction to achieving their goals. When we meet again, we assess the progress and results and put together a plan to move the needle forward. All activities are focused on getting to the end goal at whatever pace the client prefers and providing whatever level of support is needed to help adjust to the change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Amy a certified trainer in NeuroLinguistic Programming, a certified Master Hypnotherapist, and certified Master Coach. Understanding how the human mind works allows her to quickly identify what her clients' needs and how she can help them be, have, and do whatever they want to achieve. Amy is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with over a decade of experience helping businesses design and improve processes that result in making it easier for employees to provide an amazing customer experience. This translates into bottom line impact for companies.
