- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Creating a menu, putting together recipes, and shopping for quality ingredients takes time. Typically I charge a rate of $60 per hour this includes: menu, food cost, shopping, meal prep, heating instructions, drop off (as needed) and clean up if meals are prepped in house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know what the customer likes is very important. What preference they may have, allergies if any.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Less than a month left before I get my Associated Degree in Science of Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Las Vegas.
