I can not say enough about Shyra. I first saw her work at one of my friend's wedding and it was amazing. I knew she'd be perfect for my sister's wedding and she was just that! She completed a complimentary trial and was very flexible on time. She was on time for wedding and did flawless work. She takes her time and makes sure you're comfortable with the result before moving on to the next person. She enhances your beauty without packing on the makeup and it feels light throughout the whole day. I recommended her to three other friends and each person raved about her. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to find out the purpose for the appointment. Is it for a special event, photo shoot, wedding, or maybe just to learn application tips and pick out a new everyday look? I then like to get a little information about skin type and daily make-up routine. We can move on from there custom fitting your consultation!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for MAC Cosmetics for 6 years and received extensive training quarterly on product knowledge and trends. I also have experience with Trish McEvoy and Shisedo. I attended school for Esthetics in Kansas City.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a passion for make-up, hair, and clothes for as long as I can remember!
