- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I charge an hourly rate, it may vary depending on type of work, skill level, and by crew size and type of equipment needed. However the bulk of the jobs I am doing are "bid" or set price which is usually better than competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen and understand what there concern's, desire ideas are, make suggestions, assure them that they are in good hands with an experienced professional who is not out to "take them for what we can get out of them". Do the job professionally, in a timely and the most inconvenient manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The bulk of my education, knowledge has been on the job,I have worked with some of the most detail oriented, highly experienced and demanding people there is. Over the years i have taken numerous coarse with companies I've worked for. I attended an HVAC coarse and received my certifications and graduated "top of the class". Even today i am still researching studying up on new ideas, products and methods.
