All projects vary and so do the prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a client involves phone interviews regarding the project. If agreed, I scope the place of project to give better assessment of what can be done according to what the client is requesting. If all goes well, then papers are exchanged for signing and work is began.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a license in Community Association Manager and am currently in pursuit of my property management permit and broker's license. I have an Associate's Degree in Computerized Business Administration. I have years experience in general ledger accounting and management.
