I recently hired Rudy and 360 Home Care to do an interior and exterior paint on the home I purchased. From the very beginning they were very helpful and detail oriented. I chose 6 different custom paint colors for the interior of my home and Rudy was able to execute painting each color in my desired area with ease. He was on time each day as he said he would be and stayed late on days needed in order to get the project done. I also had 360 Home Care do exterior painting on pop outs and fascia. The paint came out better than I had expected. It honestly made the exterior of my home look new. It was a phenomenal job and the price was right!!! Rudy was very professional and courteous the whole time we worked together. I have recommended Rudy and 360 to my family and friends and will continue to do so for years to come. I hired 360 Home Care to paint the interior of my home and they did a fantastic job! I was so happy with the prompt response I got from Rudy (the owner) and his friendly and professional demeanor. I had the entire interior paint done on a new home I just purchased and I wanted it painted before my family and I moved in. He was not only able to meet my timeline but finished a day early! The prices are very competitive too! We used a neutral color throughout the house except in the bedrooms where we used bold colors. It looks amazing and my family and I are very happy with the outcome. We definitely recommend Rudy and 360 Home Care!

Rudy and his crew did an excellent job painting! They showed up on time and were very professional. I had my entire 3800 square foot house painted top to bottom interior and exterior. They did a custom, quality job. We were looking for a good company to work with because we wanted 6 different colors with pin stripes, baseboards, crown moulding and doors painted. Rudy was confident from the beginning that his crew could do a good job and he was right! They also stained my cabinets and refinished and stained the wood railing on the stairs. It's like a new house! I definitely recommend 360 Home Care!

When I posted about this job, I was very specific about what I was looking for. I needed it to be done in 24 Hours. Rudy replied saying he could do it. He came over to take a look, and then text me that they can paint the laundry room, 3 bedrooms, all the ceilings, the kitchen, the door frames that have bad edging (which is all the door frames) and all the baseboards throughout the house for $2200. I emailed him saying if he made it $2000, we had a deal. He said the baseboards should have been painted before they got put on, and the previous installers were not kind in that way. He asked for my absolute budget. (Which was $2000) After some conversation, he informed me that, it wouldn't be 24 hours, because he had previous commitments, and asked to have it done on Monday-Thursday and Saturday. I was incessant about explaining my situation and why I needed to be absolutely certain, in writing that it would be done by Saturday. He said he couldn't give me assurance but we agreed that if it wasn't, I wouldnt make the 3rd installment of the job. After we'd gone back and forth some more, to be absolutely certain, I reiterated everything we'd discussed, and he said he didn't remember us talking about the kitchen. I sent him visual reminders of our conversations. He then changed the final amount, saying it would be additional. I refused to continue, because I believe the point of meeting in the first place was to point out every service that's needed, and it doesn't make sense to agree to something, and then pedal backwards. I gave him many opportunities to just say he couldn't do it, if it was too much, or if it was too busy for him. After I'd cancelled all my other options, putting complete faith in our agreement, I'm just frustrated and disappointed, because I can't seem to catch a break, getting what I need done. On a positive note, Rudy was never once impolite, he was thorough and responsive, both by email and by text, and although we didn't agree, ultimately, I respect his professional demeanor and that, above all, is what sets the good, apart. I also appreciate the fact that he values his work and time, and won't weaken his reputation of excellent work, by valuing it at less than what he feels is deserved.

We offer free estimates! All jobs are priced by the job and not the hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet you in person and see your project. If for any reason, we cannot complete your project, we will do our best to help refer someone who can. We have the resources to take on almost all remodel jobs, big or small!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Nevada State Contractors, we are licensed, bonded and insured for your peace of mind. We have been in the business for over 20 years combined and have completed many safety and job training courses.
