- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices tend to vary based on what is needed from our client. A home service repair or installation may be different from a commercial overhead door repair or installation based of length, single panel, width, steel etc. Here are some examles below Ex #1. We provide and install garage doors however, some customers may have already purchased their own door and then only charge for the installation. Ex #2. Rollers doors are more common but may be more expensive than a tilt one piece door. Ex #3. This is very common after a serviceman reaches the location only to find out it was just a jam in the springs and may just need a spring repair instead of a new door installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Our amazing staff answers all you calls ranging from emergency repair to replacing a broken spring, installing a sectional or full overhead door. 2. After the information is processed to our certified team or repairmen, you can either expect a call either from our company or repairman within minutes up to an hour and should expect a serviceman at your location.
