Life was a little crazy with buying a new house. Unsure of when exactly escrow would close it was hard to give much notice of when we could get the carpets cleaned. Arcane was aware of this and assured me that when it was "go time" they would be ready. As soon as escrow closed I started the ball rolling and Arcane Carpet Cleaners stepped up to the plate. They arrived the day after I escrow closed and did a great job. I was concerned with two things. One bedroom had a considerable amount of stains on the carpet and the previous owner had pets which I did not want my own pets to detect and start marking areas where they smelled the previous pets. Arcane Carpet Cleaners did a great job on the stains in the bedroom. They are completely gone. They also cleaned the carpet using enzymes to get rid of previous, unable to see, pet stains and deodorized the entire house. My pets have not had any issues caused by smelling previous pets in the home. Arcane did an amazing job and I will be using them again and will highly recommend them to friends and family.
