Introduction: My name is Sarah Valdes. I have been currently in the fitness industry for about 5 years. However I have been training and working with clients for almost a decade. I am my own success story. i was always picked on growing up because I was overweight, I missed out on a lot of opportunities because of my lack of confidence in myself and ultimately hated who I was. I fell into a deep depression and one day decided I needed to change. I started at my local gym and researched workouts and different diets just desperately trying to make a difference in myself. I worked my butt off and began to shed off that weight, and began inspiring others around me. I then graduated highschool and attended personal training school expanding my knowledge. I soon then found my passion was to help others achieve their goals and this hobby of working out turned into my entire life. From my own personal experience, I learned to love myself and appreciate my body for what I was blessed with. I instill this concept in my clients and not only help them get physically stronger, but mentally tough as well. I devoted my life to teaching my clients the importance of balance and learning to entirely change their way of life in order to achieve the results they want to see for the long term. My clientele has ranged from many different kinds of people; from athletes looking to get stronger/faster for their next game to clients that are overweight and looking to make that lifestyle change. This is not just a job for me, it's something that gives my life meaning, which makes me love what I do. I make sure that every single one of the people I work with maximize their results and are on the right path to reaching their fitness goals.
I enjoy just about everything about my job. I enjoy the sweat, tears and whining. I enjoy the gratitude in my clients when I help them reach their goal pant size! I love when my clients are able to teach me something. All the lives i have touched or changed. The winning medals that are brought home. And all the rest in between. I enjoy seeing a person's confidence go from zero to ten in the small months we begin working together. Ultimately all of hardships and pain that I push my clients through, seeing them struggle and pushing them through.
