- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally, we like to work with a 6-month contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally with a new client, we take them on and process what they are currently doing. After getting that understanding, we then fix any and all on page issues and establish what needs to be done going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Google Certified Partners. This means that all work being done for your company is considered "white hat", which is allowed by Google.
