I learned of Dr. Frantonia Pollins from a free 30 day Women's Empowerment coaching program she was hosting via Social Media. Around this time, my soul was seeking help. I'd been in several unhealthy relationships, I wasn't happy and I was tired of feeling the way I was. I just didn't know what to do. I joined Frantonia's for 30 days but what I learned in such a short time was life changing and it motivated me to hire Dr. Pollins as my Life Coach. I knew I needed to take the experience a step further. I worked with Frantonia for 9 months. We had face to face meeting, telephone coaching sessions and I had assignments. One thing I appreciated about Frantonia is her transparency. It helps feel comfortable being upfront and honest, not only with her when she would ask questions that prompted me to address my pain, but with myself. My life has changed entirely because of the work I did with Dr. Pollins. I continue to use the tools I gained from working with her and I'm so appreciative of her process. I'm blessed to have experienced her program and proud because I found the courage to do so.

I have attended several workshops and trainings facilitated by Dr. Frantonia Pollins. One experiences that stands out for me was her Unleash Your Audacious Vision: 2017 Vision Board & Empowerment experience! I chose to attend because I was having a challenging time getting out of the way of my own vision. Dr. Pollins has a very precise way of helping you to identify and unblock the energy that is holding you back from your goals! Through a series of thought provoking, self reflective activities, she really helped me get inside myself and identify what was holding me back. She then gently, but firmly, guided me through the process of removing the blockages. She also assisted me through the process of reestablishing my vision and setting a reasonable timeline for completion. I left the workshop feeling motivated, inspired, empowered and clear! I have subsequently started on the steps to seeing my vision become reality! I'm so glad that I attended and relinquished myself to her process. I highly recommend Dr. Pollins for her work as a Success & Transformational Life coach! #SheWorks

I have been a client of Frantonia's for a few years now and have had some major break throughs. With her help I learned I don't have to take care of everyone. I have learned it's ok to not be ok sometimes. I am learning that I can't control everything. Re learning about finances is awesome.
