- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free consultation to accurately assess your needs and lay out an effective plan before booking any training sessions. Additionally I offer discounts for purchasing training session packages (up to 6 free sessions, a 20% discount!), along with free sessions for new clients you refer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to conduct an client assessment, starting with finding out your personal goals. Next we'll go through a movement screen to identify any limitations or injury risks before writing your custom training program designed to effectively achieve your goals and increase your overall wellness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the fitness industry for 8 years, with my bachelors degree in Exercise Science and am currently finishing my masters degree in Sports Conditioning and Performance. During this time, I spent the last 6 years working in Division I athletics as a strength and conditioning coach, and have certifications from the NSCA and CSCCA.
