Introduction: I take a performance focused approach to training my clients, inspired by my work as a Division I strength and conditioning coach. After working all across the country with Olympic-caliber athletes and learning the most effective training methods for improving someones fitness and overall health, I want to enable anyone who doesn't have access to those resources to improve their health and overall life to the same degree. Our core philosophy is to consistently work on improving yourself, over time leading to greater progress than thought possible in the pursuit of maximizing one's potential. Since starting my training program, I have noticed positive changes in my body. Not only have I become stronger in my movements each week, but my confidence in the gym has increased. It's great having a set program so I can just worry about executing my workouts rather than attempting to figure out what I should do. I couldn't imagine going back to not having a template made by Tetralogy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free consultation to accurately assess your needs and lay out an effective plan before booking any training sessions. Additionally I offer discounts for purchasing training session packages (up to 6 free sessions, a 20% discount!), along with free sessions for new clients you refer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to conduct an client assessment, starting with finding out your personal goals. Next we'll go through a movement screen to identify any limitations or injury risks before writing your custom training program designed to effectively achieve your goals and increase your overall wellness.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the fitness industry for 8 years, with my bachelors degree in Exercise Science and am currently finishing my masters degree in Sports Conditioning and Performance. During this time, I spent the last 6 years working in Division I athletics as a strength and conditioning coach, and have certifications from the NSCA and CSCCA.
