- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Package prices do not include any catering, entertainment, party paper goods, venue/vendors, etc.. Full coordination, partial coordination, and day of coordinator prices are just for the event planning & designing services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I send you some questions to get some basic info about your party. 2. I do some research into your requests and put together a proposal. 3. We'll meet and I will present my ideas. 4. If you like my ideas and would like to move forward, I will draw up a contract and a 30% non refundable deposit is due. 5. I reach out to vendors to begin putting your event together. 6. I will determine the time-line of your event, confirm with you, and schedule all vendors & deliveries. 8. Day before event, I will go through all the details to make sure we are ready to roll. 9. Day of event, my team and I will handle all vendor arrivals, deliveries, styling, etc. 10. My team will keep the party tidy, and at the end of the day, we'll clean & pack everything up for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the hospitality industry for the last 10 years and was recently a Catering & Conference Manager for the last four years. I have a wide range of knowledge in events and great partnerships with local businesses/vendors around the city.
