Introduction: Hi there! My name is Heather and I am an aspiring pastry chef. Although I do not have any formal education in the pastry arts, I do have a degree in trial and error. I began baking when I was 11, and have spent the last 10 years discovering new techniques and learning the ropes. I specialize in cakes and I am currently trying to build my portfolio!
