Working with Pringle fitness was the best decision I ever made. They accommodated my schedule and provided personalized workout regiments that were always different but specific to my abilities and goals. I highly recommend using Pringle Fitness to lose weight, get in shape, or to train for specific events. Very challenging but worth it!

I'm in my 3rd month with Tico and couldn't be happier. The value is great, especially for the intense workouts he provides. He is attentive and knows when you are at your limit, but encourages you to push yourself a little bit more than you think you can. Dont worry because he is always there to spot you. Admittedly the first month had ups and downs but that has more than be made up for in the last 2 months because our communication has improved dramatically - something that Tico encourages. Before starting, make sure to go over your goals with him so he can craft you a personalized plan. My goal was to gain lean muscle and tone up. I've definitely noticed an increase in lean muscle mass since I am in the bulking phase. I'm excited to see what comes next!

Tico is the best trainer I have ever worked with. Attentive, professional, and really damn good at his job. When we started I was 145lb with 14% body fat. We are now at 170lb with 16% body fat and in the beginning stages of a cut to get down to 10% body fat. Look forward to reaching my fitness goals with him for a long time.
