- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always offer free consultations either at your home or in our office. You will always meet with or speak to one of our attorneys. If distance or travel is an issue, we can always provide consultations and information by phone or email. Potential clients will start by completing an 'intake packet' listing any information pertaining to the accident or injury. The client will be assigned a case manager whom will work with them during their case. The client will always be made aware of who their case manager is so that they can feel comfortable always speaking to the same person who is familiar with their case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lloyd Baker and his entire staff live in Las Vegas and can relate to the problems you are facing. Unfortunately, most of the team has also been involved in an accident themselves or had an injury due to someone else's negligence. Our entire staff is knowledgeable about Nevada law and our attorneys regularly attend seminars and continuing education classes to maximize recovery efforts and stay on top of changes, issues, strategies and current trends in the industry.
