- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is base on the quality of sevice we provide. we offer a flat rate based on restaurants, moved out, commercial, square ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd like to go for a walk through to give them a free estimate. And go over what exactly they want us to help them with. We do not have a way of doing things, because we do everything the Customers way! It's YOUR home let us know the way you like your home to be Clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Use to work at a Fritolay Plant in Dayville CT. My team and I went through extensive training on how to keep the plant in the highest standard of cleanliness, specially dealing with food. Our aim was to satisfy each and every Custer that ever bought a bag of Frito-Lay chips. Also we serviced our fellow employees by keeping the plants spotless. Also, I used to be partnered with a local cleaning business back in Connecticut.
