- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that the pricing is based on two main factors. 1) How big the house (sq footage) is and the dimensions (beds and bath) 2) How dirty the house is (the last time it was clean) When we come to your house, our cleaners will do a quick inspection and give an accurate quote along with a brief chat about what they would like cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive at the customer's home and will be given a tour. Throughout the tour, the customer can address what their cleaning needs and expectations will be so we can meet and exceed them. After our cleaners do the quick inspection and give an accurate quote, the terms are agreed upon by the customer and the cleaning begins! After the cleaning, the customer can review our work to make sure everything was done up to expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of cleaners have worked in hotels, short term rentals and residential cleaning for over 10+ years. We understand what customers expect and we hope to exceed those expectations.
