Very hassle free and did a great job cleaning my apartment's living room. Brian contacted me within an hour of posting on thumbtack, gave me a better price than other places I had called, and had set me up with a cleaner in no time! Hired Rosie Red's to do a move out clean and interior and exterior windows. The move out clean was very well done. The windows were not. Rosa does mitt speak English well so communication was an issue. She would not initially clean the windows as she said she couldn't reach the second floor and the storm windows were in the way. I expected they'd take they storm windows out and clean them. They would not so i had to take them out of all 18 windows. A back breaking job. They did not do a great job on the windows. There are dirty spots on the outside glass of the second story windows. The mullions were not cleaned. I would not use them for windows again.Apr 3, 2017VerifiedBrian K.'s reply

Although you failed to mention that this house is post construction including painting and carpeting, we still honored our Thumbtack quote despite your clear and obvious deception of the nature of he job. As we have been in the cleaning business including windows both commercial and residential for 20+ years, we have clear explanations of what is including in each class of window cleaning. As we charged you $140 for 18 windows, half of which are 2 story windows, that is our very basic package. I am including photos where you had our crew on their hands and knees scraping paint off of the floor, which is definitely not part of a move out cleaning... 20170403_091522_1491251033739.jpg 20170403_143257_1491250901887.jpg I am also uploading photos to our profile of our wonderful and amazing team taking off the windows and putting them back on which is absolutely not including in a $140 window cleaning basic package. Furthermore, we even went out of the way to offer to cancel the service while the crew was there and not charge you for it, to which you declined and said the windows look great. On a final note, we want to thank you again for choosing our company and glad the move out cleaning went well! I provided you my cell phone number and answered questions both day and night via Thumbtack messaging, and you had every opportunity to call or text and communicate what kind of services you were looking for the day before. Rather, you chose to be short and to the point and not share your phone number with myself. We are here to answer questions as early as 7am until 10pm at night, 7 days a week! I like to have my crew, including our wonderful and incredibly hardworking Rosa ready to service your every needs each and every job. We prep the team beforehand with everything they will need for each and every job. While her English as you have pointed out does have an accent and may not be 100% perfect at times, she was able and willing to communicate every aspect of the job with you and myself. If you preferred to have a perfectly English speaking, non accented person on site, I would have been happy to be there! I am often out with our amazing crew and often awed by their incredible performance. I am extremely lucky to have Rosa as well as our amazing team. We appreciate every review, whether good or bad, as it helps us deliver the ultimate results to our customers day by day, Month by month, year by year.
