Introduction: My name is Adrian. I started tinkering with/breaking computers in 7th grade. 10 years later, in 2013, I started fixing computers for a living. Phones became more and more popular so the demand for cell phone repair drove me to start fixing phones. In 2015, my shop was burglarized. After installing my own security cameras, I began offering them as another service for customers. Excelente customer service has almost become a thing of the past yet very few companies still make us feel important. I can honestly say with 5star Survaillance my expectations were surpassed. Adrian was very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. His team did a great job making my home feel safe. After upgrading to Windows 10, my laptop started to boot only to blue screen. I reached out to Adrian and his team really pulled through for me. I was put in contact with Adrian in the early afternoon, and he was able to schedule a house call appointment for the same day after normal business hours, after I got off of work. His tech arrived on time and was able to recover my data, install a new hard drive, and install a clean version of Windows at a very competitive price. I would recommend Adrian and his team to anyone without hesitation.

$25 for on-site service call with free diagnostic if we dont need to open the machine.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first engage in a phone conversation. Then I attempt to troubleshoot the issue at no cost. If it's not fixable over the phone or remotely, then it's up to you if to you'd like to come to me or have me come to your place.

Bachelors in System Networking 10 years of customer service.
