$25 for on-site service call with free diagnostic if we dont need to open the machine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first engage in a phone conversation. Then I attempt to troubleshoot the issue at no cost. If it's not fixable over the phone or remotely, then it's up to you if to you'd like to come to me or have me come to your place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in System Networking 10 years of customer service.
