- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our work based upon the project and needs of our client. Many factors go into pricing of service and we want to personalize it to the business we are serving. We can provide an approximation for specific needs (like Brand Audits, strategy, training, logo or web design, social media services, etc.) upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our clients so that we can provide the best service possible. Either by phone, in person or email, we will have our new client complete a needs assessment and collaborate through the process to make sure all needs are being met. We work with all sizes and types of clients so we want to start on the right foot!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder received her MBA with a marketing concentration in 2008 and has over 15 years of experience. We also have professionals with degrees and specialized training in a variety of areas including graphic and web design, SEO, public relations, social media, sales and event planning.
