- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. We have a basic "average" pricing system on our website, but each clients needs are different and we want to do our best to fit pricing around each clients service preference.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we at GoDog always ask that we "meet-n-greet" with our customer prior to the first "adventure". This meet-n-greet allows you the assurance that we are a great fit for your pup and vice versa!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have all been working with dogs since a young age. Not only are we all dog owners, but throughout college all three of us walked dogs part time, which led us to decide to operate as a business rather than individual dog walkers! This allows for far more security, and is much more professional when working with our clients.
